Created and Produced by Tandy Weems CEO of The Consortium of Hip-Hop, The World Hip-Hop Awards aims to re- establish the understanding of the 5 Elements of Hip-Hop as the foundation of the culture, as intended by it’s founding fathers and the community that shaped it. The World Hip-Hop Awards will be an influential force in the world of music, guiding the culture back to it’s roots and towards a unified and conscious global force. Streamed LIVE to the world from the famed Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY and held in a different location in the world every year thereafter. The WHHA will go down in history as the most innovative music award show ever produced.

Nominated hosts, Brooklyn Brough President and Mayoral hopeful Eric Adams and Co-host Community Leader, Activist and NY Socialite Tanika Beene - In-Law along with some of the biggest names past and present in Hip Hop, will welcome their guest assigned one of the 5 Elements, where each borough will showcase Hip Hop DJs, Graffiti/Visual Artists, Hip Hop Dancers, Signed and Independent MCs as well as Community Leaders and Innovative Thinkers from all over the United States and the world.
COVID separated the world but Hip Hop will unite the world, in SAFETY and with a BEAT. No music genre or culture ever created has proven to have the worldwide influence that the Hip-Hop culture has. WORD!
